Frequently asked questions about a customised product
The procedure
- You write to me and describe your wish. Maybe there are also photos that can help me with your wish.
- I'll briefly outline my ideas and suggestions. Maybe we'll talk on the phone to discuss the details.
- I will make you an offer. Delivery times and all details are already listed here so that there are no unpleasant surprises..
- You pay the invoice for the agreed price (because of bad experiences I only work with prepayment).
- Here we go: You will always be involved in the production process. I send you material samples and/or pictures of them. Take pictures of the making process. You can always intervene and say what you like and what you don't like. In the end, there will be a plugging or laying test. Here the product is not yet finished, i.e. the individual parts are only put together and fixed with pins. The complete completion takes place only after your approval.
- Your go! And I'll fix everything, trim and wrap your fabrication and ship it promptly.
Time I need to schedule
How long I work on a production always varies. Most of the time you can expect about 14 days, plus the shipping time. If there is a lot to do at the moment or I still have to order material, the production time can of course be longer. I can give you exact details once you have contacted me with as many details as possible. You can send me an email (info@mirandas-choice.de) or use the contact form.
Costs
Of course, this always depends on the effort and material. I put a lot of effort into fulfilling your wishes and also include you in the production process with pictures during the creation. A production starts at 30 Euros. You will find out more when you contact me.
