Elegant half hat made of lace in Gold/beige with rhinestone elements

This beautiful elongated fascinator is made entirely from lace: gold/beige leaves and embroidered as well as fine fabric flowers are set airily together, decorated with scattered rhinestones. The half-hat has a wire frame at the bottom (not visible, covered with velvet), making it stable and allowing it to be bent. 2 clips on the underside are used to fasten it. It can be worn on the top, back or side of the head.

How are the Half Hats fixed?

On the bottom are 2 toothed crocodile clips, these are additionally covered with fabric to protect your hair. The clips also hold short hair, if you have very fine hair, then first push a conventional bobby pin into the hair and then clamp the hair with the crocodile clip vertically under the hairpin.

Where do I wear the Half Hat?

Classically, half hats are usually worn on the back of the head. But there is no must for everything! It is also pretty if you wear it on the side and further forward. So you can see your headdress also from the front.

Care tips for your Half Hat

If you use hairspray, please only put the small hat on afterwards or cover it accordingly. Hairspray also fixes dust particles on the handkerchief. For storage, it is best to put your handkerchief in a drawer or box, if you expose it to sunlight for a longer period of time, it may fade.

Inspired by the crocheted scarves from the 1950s, we have now developed our very own scarves. They are made from high-quality ochre-yellow wool fabric - it keeps you really warm! The scarf is simply placed around the neck and closed by pulling one end through the loop. This keeps it perfectly in place and also looks really charming. To keep the scarf out of the cold wind, you can open it up to a width of 15 cm at the nape of the neck. Incidentally, our ear warmers go perfectly with the vintage winter look - Miss Marple (who gave the scarf its name) would be jealous.

Who is Miranda, by the way?

Miranda's Choice stands since 2008 for lovingly handmade products in vintage style.
The name "Miranda's Choice" is our homage to the great Carmen Miranda, who became famous mainly for her eye-catching headdress.

Behind the name, hats, jewelry and everything else is me - Nadine.
I love the fashion of the early 50's, even more I love to create new pieces based on the wonderful designs of the early times..
